DUMPSTER RENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Dumpster Rental Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between **AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC** (“Company”) and the customer (“Client”) for the rental of dumpster containers (“Equipment”) under the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICE SCOPE
The Company agrees to deliver, rent, and collect the dumpster(s) selected by the Client for temporary waste removal. Services apply to both residential and commercial projects. Dumpster size, rental duration, and pricing will be specified in the order confirmation.
2. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up the dumpster on schedule. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or equipment availability.
The Client must ensure adequate access to the placement area. If the dumpster cannot be delivered or picked up due to blockage, overweight, or improper loading, a **Trip Charge** of **$___** will apply.
3. LOADING AND MATERIAL RESTRICTIONS
The maximum allowed dumpster weight is ** 3.5 tons (7,000 lbs)**. Overloaded dumpsters or debris extending above the rim may result in refusal of pick-up or additional fees.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: tires, paints, oils, chemicals, propane tanks, appliances, concrete, soil, bricks, batteries, and hazardous waste.
Violations will incur a **Penalty Fee** of **$___** per incident.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon booking via **Credit/Debit Card, ACH, or other approved methods**.
A **3% convenience fee** applies to credit card payments. Additional charges such as excess weight, extended days, or trip fees will be automatically billed to the payment method on file.
Unpaid balances beyond **7 days** may incur a **late fee of ___% per month** and collection costs.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made at least **24 hours** before delivery may receive a refund minus a **processing fee of $___**.
Same-day cancellations or missed deliveries are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY
The Client is responsible for all materials placed inside the dumpster and for protecting the property during use.
AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces caused by normal operation.
The Client shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against claims, losses, or damages arising from improper use or prohibited materials.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
The Client must provide a flat, stable surface for delivery. Permits required by municipalities are the Client’s responsibility.
The Client acknowledges ownership of all waste until properly disposed of by the Company’s facility.
If disposal is refused due to violations, the waste may be returned at the Client’s expense.
8. ADDITIONAL FEES (REFERENCE)

9. FRAUD AND THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Payments to unauthorized third parties will not be recognized. The Client remains responsible for any rental tied to their property address.
