LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC (“Company”) agrees to rent dumpster equipment (“Equipment”) (“Client”) under the conditions set forth in this document and on the corresponding invoice (“Order”). These conditions apply to residential and commercial rentals.
1.1. Equipment Delivery and Removal
The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver and pick up the Equipment on time; however, it does not guarantee accurate deliveries due to possible causes beyond its control such as weather, traffic, accidents, or mechanical failures.
The Client may not move the Equipment without prior authorization. Otherwise, a minimum relocation fee of $350 will be applied.
If access is blocked, the dumpster is overloaded, or contains prohibited materials, a no-visit fee (“Trip Fee”) of $250 or more will be charged, as applicable.
1.2. Prices and Payments
The Client must pay the rental fee upon signing the contract. AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC may automatically charge any authorized additional charges.
A 3% surcharge will apply to credit card payments. ACH or debit card payments are recommended to avoid this surcharge.
1.3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least one business day before the scheduled date. Same-day or later cancellations are non-refundable.
If the Company does not deliver on the agreed date, the Client may request a partial or full refund upon evaluation.
1.4. Prohibited Materials and Limitations
It is prohibited to place toxic, flammable, electronic, tire, battery, oil, paint, or hazardous materials.
Heavy materials such as concrete, earth, or bricks are only allowed in designated containers. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
1.5. Liability and Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC harmless from any property damage, fines, or penalties resulting from improper use of the Equipment.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages. The Equipment is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE
By accessing the AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC website (hereinafter “the Site”), the user agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.
2.1. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, icons, and software, belongs to AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
2.2. Use of the Site
The user agrees not to use the Site for illegal activities or activities that harm the Company or third parties.
The use of robots or automated systems to collect information or alter the operation of the Site is prohibited.

2.4. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Site is at the user’s own risk.
Under no circumstances will AMERICAN REMOVERS LLC be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Site.
